Seraphine Trilogy Character Tour with KaSonndra Leigh

Torn Seraphine
Book Three of the Seraphine Trilogy
A Paranormal Romance by KaSonndra Leigh
Release Date: Winter, 2013

Synopsis:

Once upon a time an angel fell in love with a mermaid. And the god of the sea cast a curse.

When Caleb Wood accepted his celestial heritage, he was given a gift from the dying sea king, a way to protect the girl he loves. But Gia still fights her connection to Erica, the girl bound to Caleb by the Angel of Chaos. Caleb’s new ability hasn’t been strong enough to break the link.

Caleb faces two choices. He must decide if he will accept his heritage and fulfill a prophecy that will wipe away his memories of Gia. The laughter, the kisses, every single touch and emotion they have shared will be gone forever. Or he can stay, help her fight to save her home and live happily ever after. But doing so will ignite the prophecy and threaten everyone Caleb and Gia loves.

Under the new sea king’s rule, Gia’s people are divided, and she doesn’t know who to trust. Gia must find a way to alter the prophecy, even if doing so means betraying the new king.

Friends will become enemies. Gia and Caleb’s love faces the ultimate test.

Will Caleb give in to the darkness? Or will he fall into the arms of the girl he loves? Find out in the explosive conclusion to the Seraphine Trilogy.

Lost Seraphine: Book Two of the Seraphine Trilogy
Release Date: 11/24/13

Caleb Wood now knows the Dark Seraphine's true identity.

Life should be a little saner now, right? Wrong! It’s kind of hard to ignore the walkers, fallen souls taken by the Angel of Chaos. Oh yeah, only Caleb can see them.

After saving his girlfriend from the wrath of a sea witch, Caleb finds himself faced with a new problem…understanding the strange tattoos showing up on his body. He must also deal with his Lost Seraphine, the girl who left her family behind to save the boy she loves. The same girl who just happens to be the daughter of a mythological god.

Gia gave up one of her powers to be with Caleb. She knew that she was connected to the Dark Seraphine in some way.  You see, there’s a prophecy, something she always believed to be a fairy tale linking her with the girl who also wants Caleb. Haunted by visions of her dead brother, Gia realizes she has made a terrible mistake. The ability she gave up is the one thing she will need to keep her boyfriend safe.

Will Caleb be able to accept the things he will learn about his real father while trying to save the girl he loves from herself? Book Two of the Seraphine Trilogy and prequel to the Lost Immortals Saga is coming soon.

An Amazon Bestseller in Dark Fantasy & Paranormal Romance!

Re-Launch Date: 10/27/13

"Mom always says the angels walk among us. She forgot to tell me that sometimes they're not all fluffy and nice."

Seventeen-year-old Caleb Wood has seen people he calls the walkers since he was a baby. It didn't take long for him to realize something…no one can see these strangers but him. They never stuck around or tried to touch him. And they never said a word. That was until one day on the first day of class in his senior year when an incredibly gorgeous girl strolls into his life…and things are never the same again.

Soon Caleb realizes he has stepped into the middle of a growing conflict between two ancient groups. And his ability to see the invisible ones, the half-breeds that want to modify the human race, just might be the only hope both he and the mysterious, but infuriating, Gia, have of making it out alive.

Author of the Lost Immortals Saga and the Path Seekers Series. I’m also a mother, blogger, reader, gardener, home renovator, and a slayer of undead Egyptian mummies in Tomb Raider. I believe in karma, coffee, and seriously wish that the producers of Xena would bring my favorite show ever back.

I was born in the race-car city of Charlotte, NC, and now live in the City of Alchemy and Medicine, NC, when I’m not hanging out in Bardonia (Lost Immortals). Most of my characters are based on people that I’ve met throughout my travels and adventures. People tend to stop and start conversations with me as if I’ve known them my entire life. Does this freak me out? Not really. My mom says that one day I’ll get kidnapped by one of them. I told her that if it weren’t for these lovely people then I wouldn’t be able to create the stories that I do.

Some other common tidbits…hmm. I’ve watched the movie Under the Tuscan Sun almost 200 times. Seriously, the way I see it is if I keep watching it enough, then suddenly the house that Diane Lane lives in will magically appear in my backyard. I know. I have a huge imagination!

Gia and Raze Talk Skateboarding on the Isle of New Bern

Hello Readers,
I’m so excited to have Gia Jones and her skateboarding teammate Raze with us today. We’re going to be talking about their skateboarding team, the Razors, and what it’s like to finally be sponsored by a major shoe company. Plus, we’ll get a chance to listen to some awesome skateboard music. Are you ready?

1) Me: Welcome Gia and Raze. I have a different set of questions for each one of you. But since they’re all tied together things should still go smoothly. Okay?
Gia:  Sounds Great!
Raze:  **stays silent**

2) Me: So tell us about your exciting life with the Razors. I mean, how do you go to school and find time to practice? Plus, you have that other little matter that you have to hide. I’m in awe.

Gia: Well, like every other teenager, we cram as much as we can into one day. I can’t really talk about that last thing you mentioned, though. Sorry. It’s a secret. If anyone finds out about our hideaway, then a lot of people will get hurt.
Raze: *gives me a deep frown**  We manage.

3) Me:  Okay. So, on to the next question. This one is easy. Tell us who inspired you to become professional skateboarders.

Gia: **smiles beautifully** My idol is Holly Lyons. She’s so pretty and smart. Plus, she’s the one that told me how to use my weight to Ollie higher than most guys. I have a picture of her.

Raze: It’s all about the P-Rod. **And then silence**
Gia: This is the guy that Raze is talking about. P-Rod is short for Paul Rodriguez. His nation’s colors are the ones you see all over his board and his clothing. You’ll have to excuse my teammate. Sometimes he isn’t a very people kind of person at all.

4) Me: Um, I noticed. Tell us about your teammates, Marisa and Lelo. They never say anything. Some people think that’s kind of creepy. Can you tell us a little more about them? Raze, I’m especially interested in seeing how you feel about performing with a gang of girls all of the time.

Raze:  **shrugs and stares at me with dark eyes. I shudder** They got skills. What difference does it make if they’re all girls?

Gia:  *gives me a smug, knowing smile** Marisa and Lelo are, um…different. There’s a reason they never say anything. If you read our story, then you’ll find why that happens. But they’re still like sisters to me. I don’t know what I’d do if anything ever happened to them. **gives me a sad look and lowers her head**
5) Me: On a lighter note, what are some great skateboarding songs that I can suggest to my guests here with us today?
Raze:  Anything with a death metal beat. **He gives me his first real grin of the interview, and it’s something like a sexy, but creepy Dr. Jekyll smile, or something**

Gia: Classic tunes like that old school stuff from Aerosmith, Run DMC, and even Tone Loc. Caleb, my um, very special friend I guess you can say, he likes all of that stuff. **I have the feeling she wants to say more about Caleb, but I don’t push her.**

Walk This Way by Aerosmith and RunDMC

Thanks to the both of you for stopping by my blog today. I’ve enjoyed learning more about your fabulous world of skateboarding. For those of you who are wondering why I chose to have both Gia and Raze here today, I’ll just say it’s because they have a special kind of relationship. So if you read the book, then you’ll learn even more about that “secret thing” I couldn’t get them to discuss with me.

Gia: And thank you for having me on your blog today. I’ll come back and chat anytime you like. You can check out some pictures from the Isle of New Bern here: http://pinterest.com/alestasia/dark-seraphine/
